To use the Platform, you must: • Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required by applicable law) • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement • Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. Users under 18 years old should have parental or guardian consent before using the Platform.

Creating an Account: • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information • You must maintain and update your information as needed • You may only create one account per person Account Security: • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • You are responsible for all activities under your account • We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized account use Account Termination: • You may delete your account at any time through account settings • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms • Upon termination, your access to purchased content may be revoked

What We Provide: • Online video courses and study materials • Mock tests and CBT (Computer Based Test) simulations • Quizzes and flashcards • Downloadable resources and study materials • Progress tracking and performance analytics • Instructor interaction and support Service Availability: • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access • We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability • Features may be modified, added, or removed at our discretion • Some features may require specific purchases Content Accuracy: • We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee error-free content • Course content is for educational purposes and not professional advice • Exam preparation does not guarantee exam success

Pricing: • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) • Prices may change; changes do not affect existing purchases • Promotional prices are valid only during the promotion period Payment Processing: • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method • All purchases are one-time payments (no recurring subscriptions) Taxes: • Prices may be subject to applicable taxes (GST) • You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase

All Sales Are Final: All purchases made on The Literary Odyssey Platform are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that: • No refunds will be issued for any course or content purchase • No refunds will be issued for partial use or non-use of purchased content • No refunds will be issued if you change your mind after purchase Before You Purchase: We encourage you to: • Review course descriptions, previews, and syllabi carefully • Check system requirements and compatibility • Contact support with any questions before purchasing Exceptions: In rare cases of technical issues that completely prevent access to purchased content and cannot be resolved by our support team, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or credit. Such exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Payment Disputes: If you file a chargeback with your bank without contacting us: • Your account may be suspended pending investigation • We may provide transaction evidence to your bank • If the chargeback is found invalid, your account may be terminated

License Grant: When you purchase or enroll in a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to: • Access and view the course content for personal, non-commercial use • Download materials explicitly marked as downloadable • Take notes and complete assessments Restrictions: You may NOT: • Share your account or login credentials with others • Copy, reproduce, or distribute course content • Record, screen-capture, or download videos (unless permitted) • Use content for commercial purposes or teaching • Reverse engineer or extract source materials • Resell or sublicense access to courses Access Duration: • Course access duration is specified at the time of purchase • Lifetime access means access for as long as the course is available on the Platform • We may remove courses with reasonable notice (typically 30 days)

You agree to use the Platform responsibly and not to: Prohibited Activities: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Impersonate others or provide false information • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors • Post offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content • Spam or send unsolicited communications • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems • Use automated tools to access the Platform (bots, scrapers) • Interfere with the Platform's operation or security • Circumvent access controls or copy protection Community Guidelines: • Be respectful in discussions and comments • Provide constructive feedback • Report violations to support@theliteraryodyssey.com Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent termination.

Our Content: All content on the Platform, including but not limited to: • Course videos, text, images, and graphics • Platform design, logos, and branding • Software, code, and underlying technology • Question banks and assessment materials is owned by The Literary Odyssey LLP or our content licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your Content: If you submit content (comments, reviews, questions): • You retain ownership of your content • You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform • You represent that you have the right to share such content Trademarks: "The Literary Odyssey" and associated logos are our trademarks. You may not use them without permission.

"As Is" Basis: The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to: • Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content • Uninterrupted or error-free operation • Security or freedom from viruses Educational Content: • Course content is for educational purposes only • We do not guarantee exam success or specific outcomes • Content should not be considered professional advice • Always verify information from official sources Third-Party Links: The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Literary Odyssey LLP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill • Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account • Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months Exceptions: These limitations do not apply to: • Our gross negligence or willful misconduct • Liability that cannot be excluded by law Basis of Bargain: You acknowledge that these limitations are a fundamental part of the agreement and that we would not provide the Platform without them.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Literary Odyssey LLP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: • Your use of the Platform • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Content you submit to the Platform • Your negligence or misconduct

Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at legal@theliteraryodyssey.com to attempt informal resolution. We will try to resolve disputes within 30 days. Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. • Arbitration shall be conducted in New Delhi, India • The language of arbitration shall be English • The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions. Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive relief in courts for intellectual property violations or unauthorized access.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings (other than arbitration) shall be brought exclusively in the courts of New Delhi, India, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Literary Odyssey LLP. Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to an affiliate or successor. Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Notices: We may send notices via email or through the Platform.
